What this website collects

Your form answers are not stored on this website. The contact form only builds a message with them and opens WhatsApp or your email. You review the message and decide whether to send it. The only thing the site keeps is your cookie choice, in your own browser (see below).

What we do with your message

If you send it, we receive your name and your answers through WhatsApp or email. We use this data only to reply to you and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. WhatsApp and your email provider handle the message under their own policies.

Cookies

Today this website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, or any other technology for those purposes.

On your first visit, a notice asks whether you accept or decline this kind of cookie. Your choice is stored only in your browser, so the notice does not show up again. You can change it at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

If the site ever starts using a tool like that, this policy will be updated first, and the tool will only run if you accept.

The site also does not sell or share personal data for advertising. That is why your browser's Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are already respected: there is no tracking to turn off.

Hosting logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) records technical access data, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site secure and running.

How long we keep it

We keep the conversation for as long as it is needed to reply to you and prepare the quote. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data under the LGPD in Brazil and the GDPR in the European Union. Just write to clearbycode@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
